Three times a day is: t.i.d. (Latin "ter in dies").

There does not seems to be a suggested symbol or abbreviation for "month." It can be spelled out.

For "year," the NIST Style Guide suggests "a" (Latin: "annus"). Or it can be spelled out.

What *is* the symbol for a month?

For that matter, I've seen both "a" and "y" for year, and both have problems
(ignoring what exact definition of year you mean, if you need to specify): "Gy"
and "Pa" are symbols for other units.
