You're a year too late. I am thinking of calling up Tacoma Speedometer and asking if they have the parts in stock to metricate last year's speedometer (they didn't last year). It will require some planning, as I'll have to borrow someone else's car to ship the cluster, then be without the use of the truck until it gets back.
