I visited each Senate office at the Oregon Capital building yesterday afternoon. Most senators were out, so I spoke with their subordinates or left a paper in each empty office. I spoke with Senator Devlin (District 19) and Senator Hansel (District 29); those two do NOT support Senate Bill 166. I got a lot of promises of an eventual response to my query. We have three supporters and two non-supporters so far out of a total of thirty senators. Senator Brian Boquist is the bill sponsor.
