I have been reading with interest much of the news about electric cars, hydrogen fuel cell cars and of course, the latest developments in a variety of solar and renewable energy fields, not just solar thermal. I am pleasantly surprised to see the overwhelming use of SI units in such postings as electric car news and autoblog that use SI units. And it is even more of a joy to see these sites say positive things about solar energy as well as help promote the use of metric units.
