If I go to a medical facility, i tell them very clearly I refuse to use non-metric units and i refuse to use any equipment that does not display in metric, i remind them of PL 39-183, they comply. Once, I saw my doctor outside a grocery store, I gave him a lecture on how all units of electrictricity and magnetism are derived from meter, kilogram, Coulomb and second, he did not know!!
