Irrelevant. The only reason a voltage would appear on a survey is to indicate 
that a power line carries so many volts. A surveyor wouldn't calculate 
anything using the voltage and any length or angle indicated on the survey.

Surveyors calculate areas and volumes from lengths and angles. We don't 
calculate forces, but engineers do.

No matter what unit is used to label surveys, we will have to deal with feet 
(both kinds, in some states or border areas) and meters, and on some old maps 
with other units like chains and links.
