Yes that is the joke. Its also left handed and right handed. My high school friend sent his mom on a wild goose chase one year tell his mom (may she rest in peace) to get him a left handed crescent wrench for Christmas. In reality however they probably do make them but back then there was no internet to find it even if there was.
