Wife and I subscribed to hellofresh.com - the meal kit company. So far, it's
been great. A little expensive but when you both work full time, it's very
convenient and the food really is delish. They send you all the necessary fresh
ingredients along with a recipe card.

Problem is, our recipe cards are exclusively in 9th century units. Not fair to
people like myself, my wife and the millions of other Americans denied use of
the SI because of the country we live in.

I chatted with support and asked them to please submit our recipes in real
world units. We really do monitor or sodium, sugar, caloric, fat intake and
such it's nearly impossible when your only option is the "add 2 & 21/32's
minims of salt" (well, maybe I'm exaggerating lol). Sure, I can convert but why
should I when I'm comfortable with rational units?

Anyway - Here was their reply
"I'm not sure what we currently offer for inside the states, but we do have
locations outside of the US so I am working on finding a creative solution for
you, Jim! :)"

Perhaps there are some of you considering hellofresh or already use the service
and can help me raise awareness and encourage the service to provide their
recipe cards in real world units even to those who live in a special place,
with their own special way of quantifying their special world.

They can be emailed at:
[email protected]

Thanks!

GO METRIC, AMERICA!
Because the kings foot stinks.
