And,what commands do i use in the terminal to run this(Physical Layer
Implementation) grc file since the addresses of the usrp remains same.
Also,i dont see any port numbers assigned in the Physical layer GRC file. Will
usrp still understand what i am asking it to do?!!
Thanks.

So you mean to say, open two terminals(one to transmit and one to receive) and
run the top_block.py file on both of them?
thanks.

There is an API call, but not every example app in gnuradio has command
like hooks to set these.
This will set the device to use the external 10 mhz clock reference in
python: usrp.set_clock_source("external")

Subject: [USRP-users] Spurious from TVRX2 when 1.7MHz bandwidth
selected

Hello,
The tested configuration was an USRP N210 with latest firmware and equipped
with TVRX2 and GPSDO locked, set as reference.
Two problems where reported:
1) Spurious from TVRX2 when 1.7MHz bandwidth selected under simple carrier
connected in.
The free available document from NXP for TDA18272HN specify a LIF from
3 to 5MHz. As, if I am right, in UHD the LIF chosen is half the bandwidth, the
LIF is not in the given spec. But the 1.7MHz BW Is in the spec so....
Is it possible to obtain this selectivity without spurious?
NOTE: I try to select manually an offset for the FI but it seem that the BW
filter doesn't shift...., the RSSI is measured aside the acquisition.
No spurious observed for the other bandwidth.
2) When RSSI is measured (in multi threading), we observe that the
streamed data are attenuated by an about 20dB factor (just some samples). Is
it possible to have RSSI without perturbation of the continuously streamed data?
Thanks for this forum,
Claude Lem?nager
