Dear USRP community, I would like to flash one NI USRP-2942R to have a USRP x310 with a PCI express connection. To do so, I have installed the NI USRP RIO drivers following this manual https://files.ettus.com/manual/page_ni_rio_kernel.html .
Unfortunately, when the uhd_find_devices is executed, it is appeared an uhd error. imdea@imdea-Precision-Tower-3620:~$ uhd_find_devices [INFO] [UHD] linux; GNU C++ version 5.4.0 20160609; Boost_105800; UHD_3.11.0.1-release [INFO] [NIRIO] rpc_client stopping... [ERROR] [UHD] Device discovery error: input stream error No UHD Devices Found As far as I know, the NI USRP RIO can be installed in ubuntu 16.04.01 for this reason the ubuntu version is this one. But, I do not know if UHD does not recognize the USRP because of either this error or the NI RIO drivers. The version of UHD is UHD_3.11.0.1-release The ubuntu version 16.04.01 with kernel 4.4.0-31-generic Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance. Best regards, Alejandro
