I just followed the online KB guide exactly (I think). I have a successful
serial connection and RJ45 connection.
Here is the output from updating the HG (default) image (over RJ45
connection to host laptop).

The RJ45 connection is still working after FPGA update. Neither SFP+ port
lights up when I plug in the provided adapter. Rebooting after updating the
FPGA does not help either.
