Hi Martin, I was able to run the simulation when I modified setupenv_base.sh to replace the default path to Vivado with my custom path ( I think it should be the same as --vivado-path=<PATH> ) and also "source uhd-fpga/usrp3/top/x300/setupenv.sh". Thank you.
