There are critical differences. The X310 was designed to provide a phase coherent infrastructure—with that coherence working across multiple units.
The WBX and CBX both have phase resynch which helps tremendously. The TwinRx goes further and allows LO sharing, which provides even better fidelity of phase coherence.
