Hi Ramez, I'd like to recommend a thorough viewing of the excellent RFNoC 4 Workshop video that Jonathon Pendlum and Neel Pandeya from Ettus Research put together for GRCon 2020, which is available on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9ntwQie9vs. This should walk you through the process of creating a new out-of-tree RFNoC 4 module and adding support for it to GNU Radio and your USRP device.
