Power-cycle the USRP device for the changes to take effect.

OK, so the EEPROM on your motherboard has been mostly erased.  This is either because it was replaced by someone (broken hardware), or someone (you??) had   previously used usrp_burn_mb_eeprom on it in a careless way.  The "MAC-ADDR" for example should NOT be what it is--that prefix is NOT assigned to
  National Instruments.
