You should look into Bastille Linux.  It is designed to be hypersecure.
Other than that, OpenBSD is also very secure, and the maintainers are
extremely security concious.  I have used neither, but OpenBSD has a
really good reputation for being secure, and the whole point of Bastille
linux is to be as secure as possible.  Not to mention the cool name.  :)
