Yes, it does. But I have a long .procmailrc that I like that I didn't want to have to change to exim's filtering system (if it indeed has one), so I set it up to use procmail as the local delivery agent. Procmail puts my mail into my Maildirs. It seems like exim doesn't, and that's what I need help with.
Also, I assume you mean that you have procmail configured system-wide right?
Yes -- both system-wide for general Maildir delivery for all the users I have on my box, and then I have a personal .procmailrc file that drops my messages into other mail folders.
