In all seriousness, if linmodems.org can't help you, you are flat out
of luck.  I got burned on the driver issue last year (got a Linksys
WMP11 card that was supposed to have a prism2 chip in it, but they
swapped it out for a Broadcomm chip without making any indications on
the box).  Fence off your fake modem on eBay and get a real modem;
if it is not listed as supported at linmodems.org, don't spend another
second of your time trying to get it to work.  Unless you feel like
reverse engineering it and submitting a driver.  ;-)
