i am simply trying to encourage improvement for a website with very little consistency.
and no, i didn't just pop that comment off. i am aware of BYU's effort to (combined with the new site design slated for this fall) bring "templated" harmony to throughout it's web resources. i am simply surprised at how long it takes and what is allowed to be "published."
