[uug] GNU ftp files

So the GNU ftp servers got hacked a while back.  I've been trying to 
download emacs for windows (just the bin) for a couple weeks now but 
ftp.gnu.org/gnu/windows/emacs/21.3/ still has just those RSN.README 
files.  Supposedly RSN stands for "Real Soon Now", but its been a good 
while.  Does anyone know when they're planning on getting those back online?
