We're old hats at this by now, but just as a reminder, those who
advertise the Installfest should be pounding into peoples' heads these
two action items before coming (put it on the fliers):

 - Make a backup!!  I would almost go as far as to make people sign
   disclaimers at the door making it clear that they understand that
   their existing data is in grave peril while we resize their
   partitions.  It's just a matter of time before someone's thesis is
   obliterated.
 - That said: resize your own partition.  If you don't have the
   software to do that, make sure you have at least 5 gigs free and a
   lot of time to waste.  At least run defrag before coming.
