Working in the digital imaging company of HP, I've been told that you can actually print fine 8x10's with a 2 mega-pixel camera. The lense quality is what really matters.
I suppose I should recommend an HP camera at this point...but I'll try and keep my employer loyalties out of this.
Does IBM make a camera?
