Here are 2 suggestions that may or may not have been made already: If you don't want to receive any cross posts from lists you're not subscribed to, set up a filter (most decent mail readers have one) that deletes any messages with both [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the to or cc fields, or whatever the email addresses happen to be.
If you don't want duplicates because you're on two or more lists, set up a similar filter, but only for one of the accounts, that way half of all duplicates get deleted. It takes all of a minute and a half to set up, and problem solved. ____________________ BYU Unix Users Group http://uug.byu.edu/ ___________________________________________________________________ List Info: http://uug.byu.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/uug-list
