Hello all, I'm, currently evaluating distros for a LAMP server.
I've used FreeBSD and Red Hat -- and that's about it. With Red Hat offering schools their server software for $50, I'm considering buying a subscription. The main advantage, to me, is the RHN/up2date service (which hasn't always worked properly for me -- despite having a paid subscription.) I'm interested in Debian, but have zero experience with it (and apt). I'd like to setup the box and have to worry about it as little as possible. Would anybody care to offer an opinion?
