I got a cool new toy, and figgured some other people might be interested in it.
I bought the "MP3 FM Modulator" by "Virtual Reality Sound Labs" at Costco yesterday. It was $25. It plugs into the cigarette lighter of a car, and sticks out about 2 inches. All it is, is a low powered FM broadcaster, so you can play your MP3/CD/8-track player over the FM radio. http://www.virtualrealitysoundlabs.com/vr3_fmmod.html The reason, I thought this was cooler than the other devices I've seen before is that it's also got a USB port on the front of it. You can plug in any USB flash drive, and it'll play the MP3s off of it. It also comes with a 3.5 mm stereo cord, so you can plug in your iPod or CD player or whatever into it. The sound is as good as using a Tape converter from the iPod. It was $25 at Costco, but it looks like Walmart and Sams sell them too.
