I've installed uwin on both Vista 32 Ultimate and Vista 64 Home
Premium, and I had no trouble.  The first thing I do with Vista is
turn off UAC.  I don't log on as "admin", although my login is an
administrator.

I'm not sure if I downloaded & installed the last beta or the
officially released version, however.  I'm not at home, so I can't
tell you the version right now.  I'll post it later.  (We're running
XP SP2 at work.)
