Dart makers are very open to suggestions. There is no big rush. For now we experimenting with Dart. Is not yet stable enough language to do something with it beyond testing. But it promises to be sensational.
At the moment we do not know the sponsor, but maybe in time someone appears. Maybe Google?! Much they mean to promote the language.
