Jim,
Yes they will bolt right on but as a useful suggestion figure out a way to 
get a piece of rubber inbetween.  If not the vibration of Mighty Max will 
blow light bulbs.

I found these rubber gromets at chase pitkins, in plumbing. they look like 
top hats, and work great........$1.00
