Thanks guys.  I ended up using two pliers to twist the end.  Worked great.  
How come the newer rear caliper has 2 nipples.  Manual shows one.  Which one 
do I bleed with?  The front was giving me a little trouble.  The inside 
screws of the master cylinders are extremely tight.  The outer screws came 
with a decent force, but I think I'm gonna need to use an impact screwdriver. 
 Is this a bad idea?
