Hard to believe that it is that tight......Jack your bike up and slide your
fork tubes out of the top triple clamp (I'll bet that is where it is tight)
Now use a large hammer and a block of wood and from the bottom up rap upwards
on each side of the triple clamp out close to where the tubes slide through.
The jarring and tilting should break it loose.  The block of wood will be more
effective than the deadblow hammer.  Good luck!
