To all those who commented and tried to help. Thanks.

Now Here's the Real Story.

If you remember, I noticed symptoms with the Servo.

When I turned the key on, the servo would swing all the way over and
stop. The Boost Wide Open.

A fellow listmember was kind enough to sell me his spare and when I got
it, I installed it and tried it out.

Same result. Now , I'm figuring it's the control box, as all the wires
check out.

I'm a little frustrated at this point and hook up the old servo to the
connector while it's off the bike. It works fine. Hmmmm, I reconnect
it to the new servo on the bike and same result. Swing hard over and
stop. Ok , Now I'm puzzled.

You know, if you actually read the service manual rather than just
looking at the pictures like I do, you just might learn something.

Says right there in the Troubleshooting guide, "Does Servo Cycle with
Cable Disconnected ?"

IF yes ,then check the cable and Butterfly assembly. Hmm, cable feels
fine to me.

THEN I Notice it. If you remember , there's a little black box in the
cable assembly. It houses a slider with a spring in it and a lock
screw.

Turns out the lock screw had jammed at the bottom of the travel. When
the servo started to cycle it could not go quite all the way over so it
just stalled. Backing off the screw a 1/8th turn freed it up and all is
well, except I now have a spare servo :)

Thanks for the help folks.
