Not the cv diaphragms. These on the side, front or rear as mounted on the 
bike, and are about the size of a nickel. They close in a high vacuum 
situation, decelerating - closed throttle, to enrichen the mixture and 
minimize backfiring or pops from the exhaust.

If you are refering to the diaphragms..they are new and working properly.
