Having totally disassembled both front forks to install emulators,
springs and fork seals, I have noticed that BOTH fork tubes have a
couple of small gouges in them. I remember reading in the list about
sanding out small nicks etc, but what is considered too deep? Would I be
better off getting 2 new (or used) fork tubes instead? In case it
matters, the forks are off an 88 (40mm).
