IMHO ... If you are staying completely stock .. including leaving the
airbox completely intact you may not have to do much of anything at
all .... perhaps slide a washer under the needles ... to take
advantage of your new pipes. Also, IMHO .. I don't think anything is
louder than a Kerker with a 2 1/2 baffle, (otherwise ... not to worry
with either). Hey ... the pipe controversy isn't anything .....
(pretty good to get it out as the technology is changing again ... a
lot of stainless out there now ... and an interest in slip-on and full
dual systems ... ). If you really want to induce surf rage you have
to get into lubricants.
