I've installed many of these stickers.  Some as large as ten feet long.  For
smaller stickers, use a small sqeegee.  The kind that comes with window tint
works great.  Also, I've always used Napa brand Window Cleaner which comes
in an areosol can.  As soon as you spray it on the fairing, it will
immediately turn into a thick lather of foam and will allow you too move the
sticker all over.  One thing though, don't do it in the sun.  Working on
nice cool plastic or metal is the best start.
