I have a 99 with 10,000 miles.  I installed a Hole Shot Exhaust and got a Dino Tune.  
The Tune Master drilled three 1/2" holes in the top of my box and re-jetted with  the 
next size up.  I drive from El Paso to ALBQ once a month at 80MPH and average around 
33 MPG.
