OK!. Model SigmaSport BC1200
Calibrated at a 1000m test marks using speeds varying from 80 to 120 km/h.
Also tested it accelerating to >200km/h and braking to the end mark. 1000m
sharp +-10 m. There is accuracy for you. Max speed 232.6 at the moment. I
have to try again with leathers. The previous was with my *-Tex suit.

I currently have a "Sigma Sport" BC800 bicycle computer mounted on my
VFR. The unit is rated to 170-some MPH. I have compared it to my
GPS at-speed - up to about 80 mph - and they are usually within 1 mph
of each other. I believe the GPS is spec'd to +/- 0.5 MPH velocity
measurements. My VFR speedo is consistently 10% fast.
........................................................
With the BC800 on my 96 I get a more accurate speed reading which is even
more important since I went one tooth down in the front sprocket.
Total distance covered with the unit fitted to the bike.
Two extra trip meters, the 96 only has one as you know.
Total ride time, (Interesting feature that can piss you off when you find
out that the 30 minute ride to work only involves 14 minutes with the wheels
turning.
Yeah, another clock!
Average speed.
And the display will show you as you ride if you are sitting on your average
speed or above/below it. That is a nice feature for track days and it is
easy to see that setting.
Lots of fun features for stuff all cash.
