This one has been bugging me for a while. Jetting and exhaust flow has
always been a challange when hunting for horsepower. If you can tune the
carbs for better performance with the stock pipes, then why can't you tune
for the Cobra's? If there was an aftermarket header pipe available that
could increase the initial flow for the low back pressure Cobra's, then why
couldn't the Max be tuned more like a high-flow 4-1 setup? I know I'm not
the only one who think's that the Cobra's are the best looking pipes for Mr.
Max so why hasn't someone explored this avenue, or have they? What do ya say
we try a Cobra / Stage 7 setup. All we need is a head pipe. I'll bet that
there's an engineer out there just dieing to tackle this project. Given the
extreme modifications that have been done I woud think that this one would
be relativley minor.

Ok, Fire at will.
