You don't even need to remove the calipers. Take the dust cover off. Remove the
clips and pad retainer pins. The pads will be ready to remove from the top. Pry
the caliper piston back with one pad removed. Fit one new pad. Remove the second
used pad and pry its piston back, fit the second new pad and replace pad pins,
clips and dust cover. Do the same for the second side. The only problem you may
encounter is if you have too much brake fluid in the master cylinder.
Don't force the caliper pistons back if the fluid level is over the top of the
sight glass. Lift the master cyl. cover and drain a little fluid. You can use a
clean lint free towel to soak up a little. Replace the cover and continue. You
can top up fluid when you are done. Then apply the brake lever in short strokes
(don't pull it in all the way or you may suck up some air) till the pistons fill
and the lever pressure normalises as the pads make contact again with the discs.

I just fitted new EBC-HH pads to my '99 with 14,000miles on it. After about
200-300 miles they feel even better than when I first put them in.
The only shopkeeping I did was to clean all the brake dust off the calipers
where the pads sit and don't forget to fit the factory plates on the back of the
pads and the tension plate on top in exactly the same way they come off.
