Check the following......first

1.  check wheel balance, it's critical

2.  check for loose wheel bearing.  You should feel NO MOVEMENT in the front end

3.  check tire runout.  Does the tire or rim wobble when you spin it?  New tires
should run very true and without imperfections.  Did it start after a tire
change?

I truly suspect one of the above.
