Just got a new front tyre. Same problem as Carlos. Wheel balance is
perfect (2 good
shops with electronic balancers confirmed this). What I did notice after
driving the
tyre guy crazy was that my front axle had a slight witness mark (could
pick it up
with your nail) where the wheel bearing or bearing spacer may have been
cocked over
and rubbing. I gave the bearing (outer spacer side, not the speedo drive
side) a few
light taps with a socket in the centre of the inner race, all of a
sudden the
bearings are turning freely (they felt tight before I hit that one with
the socket).

I'm getting some new bearings tomorrow, I assume this will fix my
problem.
What I need to know is the best way to remove and replace them.
Should I pry seals out and use a puller to remove them? Any suggestions
are welcome.
