Borg-Warner mod

I understand that some guys are getting mixed results from the thermal
switch change from stock to Borg-Warner or equivalent. I hear that it works
well from most but some are concerned that the fan runs too much or
constantly with the new switch.

Any thoughts on the mixed results?  Are the switch manufacturing tolerances
to blame?
