Janne, You need to adjust the mixture screw on this cylinder, (#3) .. if it does not respond then blow these things out .. (pilots) .. (do it anyhow). We probably need to document this procedure and post it somewhere because it is a biggie .... After you "blow" them out, (compressed air into the pilot mixture screw or one of the pilot air jet holes), see if you can get the cylinder to respond to adjustments of it's pilot mixture screw ...
