I have been sitting back and absorbing everything that has been going on
about the tourmaster carb tuning. TC you have 157 mains. Is that what PCW
sent the bike to you with? I have 155's in mine. I have changed out my
PAJ2 with my old mains (152.5) and it was alittle better, then replace the
"Y" and it is pretty good now. Did putting the "Y" back on help because of
the air restriction or because of a better vacuum signal??? I only have a
slight stumble off idle or slow movement with light throttle. I want to
know what the PAJ1 jets are for and if they can be change out. I have a CA
bike and the PAJ1's are 100 vice 90's. I fail to see how the PAJ2 jets
affect everything but that is OK. Is K&N the best place to get the Pilot
fuel jets? I am thinking about changing out the mains to 157.5's at the
same time I change the pilot fuels out. I want to be able to remove my "Y"
again and maybe even cut the top to match the filter.
I just read through this and it seems like alot of babble, sorry.
BTW I have alot to get use to. Really different just twisting the throttle
and the front end lifting in first and second. Had to drag the clutch
alittle before. :-)
