The reason the pickup coil measurements showed out of spec is because
I think the manual is incorrect .. I think it says to check to the
orange when infact you should measure to the black. That is OK though
.. when you were reading 240 ohms you were just reading through two
coils, (the orange lead is coil #1 and the black is the common lead).
The bad new is ... if you simply swapped "igniton coil" leads to get
#3 to fire .. you could still have an ignitor problem ... as the coils
are driven by the ignitor. IMHO of course.
