Check and see if your headlight is out also.If it is check the starting
circuit (stuck starter switch) or contacts in switch.When you engage the
starter all circuits are disingaged causing the oil light,fuel light to come
on and the lighting system to go off. Thats the only thing that I know of
that will give you those symptoms.However it will usually cause the starter
to engage the minute you turn the ignition on if in fact the switch is
stuck. Bob H
