Kraig,
PCW is a performance shop in Schenectady, NY (my hometown). They are
most know for their trademark Vmax motor the 1500 cc "Tourmaster". Over the
past couple years I have seen mixed results with the folks who have made
this $5000+ purchase. I think most people have been pretty happy. I even had
the chance to ride one and it is quite impressive. Personally I wouldn't do
it without suspension mods first. There are a lot of options with the
Tourmaster that can have dramatic results in both the performance of the Max
and the size of you bank account. They also have a few other Vmax goodies
for sale like exhaust systems and a clutch spring kit with a custom made
spring that adds 50% more pressure. I've got it in my Max and I love it
lots.
