Dennis, I'm not sure what your questions is.  First, if the exhaust is
new and has a manufacturer's defect, why not have it replaced?  What
exhaust are you talking about?

The next question is for the list, does the exhaust temperature exceed
500� F?  If not then he may be able to use J-B Weld.
