Scott, 1200 F is waaaay beyond what J-B weld can handle.  TIG welding is
the best alternative as far as a repair goes.  

Dennis, I realize you waited a long time to receive your exhaust system
and it will take time to have it replaced however, IMHO, I personally
would not pay top dollar for a new product with a manufacturer's
defect.  That's just me.  You're best bet is to take it to a good shop
and have it professionally and permanently repaired.
