I have to say that I'm so very impressed with my brand spanking new
Carbtune II. I just installed a Hindle 4-2-1 as well as a Dynojet stage 1
kit. I pulled the carbs off to do the main jets and check the float levels
(2 of which were low), installed the whole package and then used the
carbtune to syncronize the whole setup. I found the syncronization to be
way out to lunch and once it was done the idle quality difference was
unbelieveable. It's even easy enough to do as regular maintenance. It took
Morgan at Carbtune only 8 days to ship the package from the UK to Western
Canada.
As far as the Stage 1 kit goes, is there anyone out there with
experience tuning the stage 1 kit with a Hindle? I am having no problems and
the bike is faster and runs better than ever, I just am wondering if I'm
using the same baseline settings as everyone else.
